antique vintage 1930s Rare original Soviet USSR Steel helmet (SS-39)

Description

The helmet has a triple layer of paint - originally it was painted in a standard
"
apple" color, the image of a five-pointed star was painted on the frontal part
(
part of it has survived).
Then the helmet acquired a winter, white camouflage
(
its remnants are also visible), after which it was finally painted in khaki colors.
The comforter was probably already installed in besieged Leningrad, of a simplified type.
Special attention should be paid to the extremely rare chin strap made of a narrow strip of canvas fabric.
The stamps are painted over.
