This item in my EBAY store is a MILLERSBURG  "ROSALIND"  AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS LARGE SIX RUFFLE SHAPED BOWL.   This MILLERSBURG "ROSALIND" amethyst carnival glass large six ruffle shaped bowl is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age is now a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass that is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no glass staining;   This amethyst color is a soft light amethyst color when holding this "ROSALIND" bowl up to the light and can be seen in my photos;   This large MILLERSBURG amethyst carnival glass bowl is just the way this American beauty left the "MILLERSBURG GLASS FACTORY" many years ago, we have to remember that this MILLERSBURG carnival glass was only produced over a three year period before the MILLERSBURG GLASS FACTORY burned down ending the era of MILLERSBURG GLASS, a lot of glass here for your money;   This "ROSALIND"  bowl I have here is quite a large bowl with a beautiful satin type finish, along with the back "WIDE PANEL" pattern being the back secondary pattern, you get two great "MILLERSBURG" patterns for the price of one;   I may also add that this
MILLERSBURG  "ROSALIND"  AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS LARGE SIX RUFFLE SHAPED BOWL is an early vintage antique "MILLERSBURG" carnival glass "ROSALIND" bowl that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition;
Surely the couple of people who have once owned this large American beauty surely cherrished this large piece of MILLERSBURG antique glass according to the condition this MILLERSBURG "ROSALIND" bowl remains in today;
I will also mention that this MILLERSBURG bowl that I have here does have those early carnival glass era characteristics of the early carnival glass making process having your stress marks, straw marks, and air bubbles sometimes seen inside the glass of early carnival glass that is also seen inside this glass "ROSALIND" bowl I have here, these characteristics were done during the production of this beautiful MILLERSBURG "ROSALIND" bowl and is NOT considered damage, this info I just mention to you can all be seen in my many numerous photos taken but any questions at all please e-mail me;   Folks I like to photograph my carnival glass outside in natural day light using different backgrounds to show the beautiful carnival glass iridescence to you it did not matter what angle or position I photographed this "ROSALIND" bowl the beautiful COLOR and iridescence can be seen in my photos taken, after all carnival glass is all about the...............COLOR and iridescence;   This MILLERSBURG much sought after "ROSALIND" pattern can be seen and talked about in one of my many reference materials, one is a hard back book by,
