Vintage 1982/83 IDEAL Tressy 12” Hair Perm Doll, unopened hair perm accessories.
I am unsure if she is 1982 or 1983.  Also she has Ideal stamped on her back, but Ideal and CBS Toys is on the box.
Although she is listed as used, she shows no sign of ever being played with.  Her clothes look new, clean, and her shoes were still in a zip bag.  The hair perm materials have not been used, you can see how soft and shiny her red hair is too so it has never been styled.  The instruction booklet shows no wear either.  The booklet recommends parental help when doing the doll's hair, guess that depends on your child's age or experience with perming doll hair.
She is very pretty with open and close eyes, with gorgeous red hair.  I added a hair clip on one side to keep her hair out of her face.  I added tissue to her box and gave her a stand.
The box is not perfect and has edge and corner wear consistent with shelf wear and its age.  It is in good condition, has a few tape repairs, see pics and zoom in.   If you need perfect, please don't buy.
