Vintage TRESSY BUDGET Fashion SUMMER TIME DRESS - EXC American Character 1960s

Welcome to my auction.
Here is Vintage American Character Tressy hard to find Budget Fashion Summer Time Dress in the Blue color Variation.  Dress is clean with no stains, no rips, no holes seen.  One arm hole is larger than the other but I see no signs of repairs so I assume it is a factory defect?  All snaps present but a half snap needs to be resown back on.
